We offer full refunds for items if they have defects caused by the manufacturer, damage caused by shipping or if they are broken when received. We are always open to accept refund requests. Our refunds policy lasts for 7 days after you have received the item.

- Photo of the defective product
*Please note – We do not refund your full order price, only the price for the select defective item or items.
*You may also request us to reship the item again at no additional charge.
*Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for a refund.
What if I want to cancel my order ?
Order cancellations will only be accepted before your order has been shipped by the manufacturer. We cannot refund your order if the item has already been shipped. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us immediately.
What if I want to exchange an item?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we currently do not accept exchanges / returns on any items. We have a sizing chart, so it is very important that you compare the sizes given with a piece of clothing you already own to make sure you order the right size.
